I have decided to make a mix of good dragon-slaying, cancer fighting anthems.

Here are a few songs I want to include. I"m looking for suggestions for more. If you have any suggestions, please share them to the comments section below and I'll add them to my playlist!

"Not Afraid" - Eminem
"I'll Take You There" - General Republic
"Airplanes" - B.o.B. (feat. Hayley Williams of Paramore)
"Bulletproof" - La Roux

Hustle & Cuss by The Dead Weather. Crank it up and hustle like a dragon! Also, Cut Like A Buffalo (The Dead Weather)... you are gonna cut this cancer like a buffalo (or dragon).

Thinking of you and sending you good vibes every day!!!

In no particular order, and for no particular reason other than the fact that I always feel better after playing them loud and singing along:
"Animal" by Prick
"We're In This Together Now" by Nine Inch Nails
"Take Me With U" by Prince
"Airplane" by Red Hot Chili Peppers
"Badlands" by Springsteen
"Don't Look Back in Anger" by Oasis
"Sixteen Tons" by The Nighthawks
"Think" by Aretha Franklin
"Santa Monica" by Everclear
"Minority" by Green Day
"The Earrings Song" by Gretchen Wilson
"Suburbia" by the Pet Shop Boys
All very empowering, easy-to-pick-up tunes. Bring some speakers for your iPod and see if you can get the other patients to join in. --NGT

Kelly Km Carson Of course this is a wonderful spirit...several parallels in what was said about Mothers, Children, Cancer..so I am moved to recommend at least one visit to a hospital that deals exclusively with cancer...as a mighty dragon fighting tool!!! Another weapon might be to check out... Images for Trina Schart Hyman --- in particular her marvelous children's book;"The Serpent Slayer" filled with stories of fighting and very strong young women all legends gathered and written with her daughter. [You can get it at most book stores that will order or through ABe.com the used book store]. The book is filled with Trina Schart Hyman's breath taking artwork....worthy of a place on the shelf of A Dragon Slaying Princess...
